Hosting 15 graduation ceremonies, more than 20 000 guests and capping 7 148 graduates is all in a week’s worth of work for CPUT.
For the first time in the history of CPUT, the university hosted 15 graduation ceremonies over a five day period at the Bellville Campus.
Previously graduation was held over six days, with a morning ceremony taking place at the Cape Town Campus and an evening ceremony at the Bellville Campus.
But the new format proved a huge success, thanks to all CPUT staff members who played an important role in making sure graduation week was a success.
