*The Vodacom Developer Programme **cordially invites you to a Vodacom –
Women DeveloperTechnical and Commercial Workshop Day.*
This gives women an opportunity to learn how your mobile phone can improve
your day-to-day lifestyle, way of doing business and how to develop mobile
application using online tools. This workshop will provide information and
tools to gain insight into mobile app development and the role of women in
this sector.
Participation is not limited only to women who are developers. Women
interested in ICT are also welcome to attend. Those who have laptops,
please *bring them along*.

*Venue*: Vodacom Pier Place, Jetty Street, Foreshore – Cape Town.
*Cost*: Attendance is FREE. Seats are limited to first 30 participants who
register.

Facilitator Profile:
*Dr. Megan Russell *is an electrical/biomedical engineer and partner of
Appcetional. She is a senior lecturer at the University of Johannesburg.
She is also featured in the Mail and Guardian’s Top 200 Young South
Africans 2012 and was a finalist in the UJ/Group 5 Excellent Women in
Engineering and Technology 2011.
