Google Developer Group Cape Town Hackathon for the Google Apps Developer Challenge.

Please join us on 18th August, 2012 9:00 – 17:00 for the GDG Cape Town Hackathon for the Google Apps Developer Challenge at the Umbono HQ 4th Floor, Woodstock Industrial Centre, 66 Albert Road, Woodstock.

Learning resources and tutorials on Google Technologies will be made available.

Proposed event schedule:

9.00 – 9.15   Sign-in and registration
9.15 – 9.30   Introduction and Welcome Address by Organizers
9.30 – 10.00  Hackathon guidelines + deliverables
10.00 – 12.00 Hackathon session 1
12.00 – 13.00 Lunch and Networking time
13.00 – 16.00 Hackathon session 2
16.00 – 16.30 Snacks and Networking time
16.30 – 17.00 Demo/showcase of apps from hack sessions

Awards are applicable to each region, Cape Town will complete under the Sub-Saharan Africa region.
