The CPUT Green Team has taken the fight for a greener mother city to neighbouring communities where they are educating residents about threats to the environment.
Cape Town Campus Green Team chairman, Dalu Xusha, recently encouraged learners at Vukukhanye Primary in Gugulethu to protect the planet and prevent depletion of our natural resources.
Xusha was a guest speaker at the Amy Biehl Foundation’s Earth Day event that was preceded by a cleanup of the school grounds.
The school’s headmaster expressed commitment to educating learners on environmental issues.
